Philippines, Jan 15, 2026 (Reuters) – The ‍Philippines will ‍begin offering visa-free entry for Chinese nationals from January ⁠16 to facilitate trade, investment and tourism, its foreign ministry said on ‍Thursday.

The visa-free arrangement, which ‍will be ‍in ⁠effect ‌for one year, ⁠will ‍allow Chinese nationals ⁠travelling to the Philippines strictly ‌for tourism or business purposes to stay ‍without a visa for 14 days.
